Area of the circle = πr2 = area of the rectangle = l × b = 14 × 22 = 22 × r2 , 7 by solving r = 7√2 cm,the diameter of the circle = 2 × 7√2 cm = 14√2 cm = 50% less than the sides of a square Sides of the square = 14√2 cm × 100 = 28√2 cm, 50 Area of the square = sides2 = (28√2 cm)2 = 1568 cm2
